Two weeks ago, we took to the sky with AirOasis for the 2024 Oasis Ball and Campaign Brief Awards - raising a staggering $162,190 for The Salvation Army's Oasis House.

As AirOasis boarding commenced, passengers were treated to their very own in-flight safety demonstration, featuring a few familiar industry faces. A massive thank you to our production partner Sandbox Productions and Soundbyte Studios for your passion, energy in bringing this to life. And an even bigger thank you to our captains and cabin crew who stepped out of their comfort zone to be featured.

Just over a week ago, we came together as an industry for the 28th Oasis Ball, raising $162,190 for The Salvation Army Australia and Oasis House. Our ambition for this year's ball was to bring focus back to our core purpose, raising funds for disadvantaged youth. The short film, Enjoy Your Night, was founded on the crucial insight shared by The Salvation Army, that the majority of those coming into Oasis House do so with a few belongings in a garbage bag. Thank you to our production partner Moonsail for scripting and producing this heartfelt film, furthering the industry's connection to our purpose.

Disadvantaged youth often turn up to Oasis House with no belongings. And if they do have belongings, they're usually stored in a garbage bag or similar as they move from house to house. This year, Evoke Media have donated 15 suitcases each equipped with essentials items and vouchers for kids in need. These suitcases have been generously purchased by industry leaders, with 100% of proceeds going to The Salvation Army. Keep an eye out at the start of the night where we spotlight our donors. The suitcases have been generously filled with vouchers donated by Karrinyup Shopping Centre; Myer gift cards from the Perth City Store, donated by Forrest Chase; and vouchers donated by Spudshed and SpudKing.
