We're thrilled to announce that Place Studio AU, in our role as the delivery architect on behalf of Homes NSW, has received Crown Certificate Approval for the construction of 18 new social housing dwellings in Moruya! This development will provide much-needed 1 & 2 bedroom accommodation in the form of townhouses, duplexes, and self-contained dwellings, designed to meet the community's housing needs. The project was no small feat, with a sloping site presenting unique challenges in terms of buildability, access, and services. Each challenge was carefully considered and addressed to ensure the final development meets the highest standards. The result is a striking contemporary development that will not only enhance the local landscape but also offer vital housing solutions for the people of Moruya.
