In partnership with Accenture Federal Services, AWS, and IonQ we have delivered exciting results in network security using quantum computing. By applying our error-suppression software on IonQ hardware via Amazon Braket, we pushed the limits of anomaly detection in complex networks. It was a privilege to assist the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in developing its policy recommendations to advance and enhance US leadership in #quantum technologies. Capitalizing on the quantum opportunity will require a whole-of-government alignment to focus on developing the local workforce, prioritizing near-term national-security applications in sensing, and bridging the commercialziation gap in #quantumcomputing such the US and her allies maintain their global leadership in the field.
