The Ramsay Nursing & Midwifery Academy was created in 2022 with the purpose to provide comprehensive career progression development for new and existing nurses and midwives. The Academy is part of the Ramsay National Clinical Governance Unit and consists of programs for undergraduate students right through to Executive roles, with a focus on Ramsay Health Care’s purpose of People Caring for People.
