Breaking Ground in Burwood East We are excited to officially break ground at 397 Blackburn Road, Burwood East, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for both the local community and the operators of the new early education centre! Our partnership with Holder East continues to grow, and we’re thrilled to enter a new collaboration with Village Early Education. Together, we will deliver a childcare centre that offers exceptional facilities and a nurturing environment for the next generation. This new educational facility will be a valuable addition to the local community, providing a safe and supportive space for families. We’re already making great progress on-site, with the retention system, piles, excavation, and underground services underway. We are thrilled to inform that we have obtained a planning permit for an educational facility at 492 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC.  🎉 Our team was able to acquire the permit with no provision of parking spaces, due to a successful car parking reduction pursuant to Clause 52.06. Without RedSquare Traffic’s amazing support, we would not have achieved this positive outcome. RedSquare’s comprehensive traffic report was vital in our town planning submission, enabling Port Phillip Council to approve such a substantial car park reduction at this location. We would like to give a big shout-out and thank you to RedSquare Traffic, who have helped us throughout. 👏 We are proud to partner with Port Phillip Council in the revitalization of existing spaces for land uses that create community benefits such as the education center.
