Reid Campbell are thrilled to announce the lodgement of our next exciting project with our highly valued clients Sydney Business Park. Bosch Rexroth Australia are seeking to relocate their manufacturing and sales operations to a brand-new purpose-built facility at Marsden Park, taking advantage of the high quality product, amenities and servicing provided by Sydney Business Park. The new facility will include 8,000 m² of production and manufacturing space for their extensive manufacturing pipeline, including multiple gantry cranes to support operations, factory automation projects, and capacity for oversized mining equipment. In addition the site allows for auxiliary buildings to support various service lines, B-double access, and a 2,500m² high quality office space, including customer facing Experience Centre, thoughtfully designed outdoor terrace attached to generous amenity spaces, and extensive open office space to be designed in line with Bosch’s “Inspiring Working Conditions” Design Guidelines. This week, our team had the privilege of volunteering with Camp Quality and their ongoing partner the LEGO Group to create heartfelt birthday cards for children and their siblings affected by cancer. The NSW Government's Industrial Lands Action Plan introduces a framework to secure and manage industrial land supply, recognizing its critical role in economic growth and housing affordability. Key initiatives include developing a statewide policy categorizing industrial areas by significance, supporting the intensification of key industrial lands, establishing a supply pipeline, and creating an Employment Land Development Program to manage supply and coordinate infrastructure investment. Reid Campbell, with over two decades of experience in the industrial sector, supports these initiatives aimed at sustaining industry growth. Reid Campbell and Tactical Group Australia & New Zealand joined forces for an exciting Amazing Race to celebrate the end of 2024 with some friendly competition. Seven teams raced through various pit stops across North Sydney and Barangaroo, battling it out all the way to the finish line. We are pleased to have received confirmation that Patch's planning proposal at 20-24 Lockyer Street, Goulburn, submitted on behalf of the Lockyer Street Trust, has been forwarded to the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure for Gateway determination. The proposal seeks to rezone the site for industrial purposes, facilitating the expansion of the South Goulburn Industrial Precinct, and achieving broader strategic objectives outlined in the South East and Tablelands Regional Plan 2036. The strategically located site is well placed to leverage upon the new Western Sydney International Airport and existing connections to Canberra. Critically, the rezoning will also provide an affordable alternative for Western Sydney based businesses to relocate and expand into, addressing the critical issue of industrial land supply in the Sydney metropolitan area. We look forward to continuing to work with Goulburn Mulwaree Council, the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and our consultant partners over the coming months to progress the Planning Proposal to finalisation.
