But what is encouraging is that there's growing awareness and less tolerance for such behaviour. More and more, people are speaking up and pushing back when they face unfair treatment. If you're in a position of power, remember that what might seem like a small ask to you could be heavy for someone else. And if you're on the receiving end of poor behaviour, don't be afraid to voice your feelings. Often, you’ll find more support than you expected, and if not, there are professionals such as us who are always ready to help.
