On April 10th, our dedicated team will swap the comfort of our beds for a night under the stars at Centennial Park. We're doing this to raise awareness and crucial funds for the 46,000 young Australians who face homelessness. Every dollar raised will go to the Haven House Program, providing safe and stable accommodation for at-risk youth. The team at Sekisui House Australia is proud to once again be a part of the Property Industry Foundation’s annual Sydney Charity Regatta, a vital fundraising event for youth homelessness. As Australia’s largest charity regatta, this event has helped 1,448 homeless youth find safe and stable accommodation. It’s a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when the industry comes together for a shared cause. Last Friday, we were pleased to have Cris Garcia TMIEAust MBA MPM, Riona Myatt and Jennifer C. join us, making the day even more special. Events like this highlight the impact of collective action in creating real change. Celebrating the Power of Women at Sekisui House Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting a breakfast to honour and celebrate the amazing women in our organisation and beyond. It was a day brimming with inspiring stories, empowering discussions, and a strong sense of community. In line with this year's theme, "Accelerate Action," we focused on the urgent need to take swift and decisive steps towards gender equality and create more opportunities for women in the workplace. Our guest speaker, Penny Kaleta, State Manager of NSW at the Property Industry Foundation, captivated us with her valuable insights on accelerating progress within the younger generation. Her passion and dedication to making a tangible impact were truly inspiring. 2024 marked an incredible chapter in our journey as we celebrated 15 years of operation in Australia. We delivered over 13,000 homes to Australian families, each crafted with care and dedication. As we look ahead, we're excited to create homes for our customers with our team and partners.

We are excited to share we have received approval for Dawn, Stage 5 of Melrose Park's masterplan. This milestone, in collaboration with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., focuses on sustainable and community-centred urban renewal.   Dawn features six low-rise buildings with 368 luxury apartments, just 150 metres from Melrose Park Town Centre, offering access to green spaces and future transport links, including Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2.   Designed by GroupGSA, Dawn integrates sustainable initiatives like energy-efficient systems and rooftop gardens.   Construction starts in 2025, with completion anticipated in mid-2027. We are excited to share Veue, Stage 4 of The Orchards construction progress.   Stage 4A Veue Central has formed height, with works on both towers A & E to continue rising above landscape over the coming months.   Works on Stage 4B Veue Parkside are also in full swing, with structural work on the building, pool, community centre, gym, and other amenities in progress.  We look forward to bringing you more construction updates for Veue in the New Year.

We are thrilled to share Sanctuary's construction progress over the past couple of months. In our second stage Laguna and Glade, we have started removing the external scaffolding, revealing the stunning design of the buildings. Inside the apartments, walls have been framed and installed across all levels and joinery installation is underway. In our third stage Willow, both tower cranes are now in place and the foundation work is complete.
