The greatest project you'll ever work on is yourself. This is something I believe in wholeheartedly & if you ask anyone that knows me, they will tell you how much time & effort I put into things like my: 👉 Fitness 👉 Mental wellbeing 👉 Personal motivation 👉 Nutrition Part of this comes from being a type 1 diabetic & coeliac from a very young age but the rest comes from knowing that if I am in a great place mentally, physically & spiritually, then I'm in a much better position to help other people be the same. You deserve to put the same energy & focus into yourself as any other project you work on. #mindset #motivation #wellbeing

LONG gone are the days where recruiter BD is just about cold calling / emailing / reachouts. There is still a HUGE place for them don't get me wrong, but there is so much more you could be doing BEFORE you get to that point. It all starts with how you engage with your targets on LinkedIn (or wherever they are most active), how you build trust & what value they see from you (swipe across for my tips).
