Here is a great use-case for how you can start utilising the power of AI in your business today. 💡 Problem: Often companies are faced with a challenge of filtering through hundreds (even thousands) of resumes when they post a new job position online. This often results in hiring managers having to ignore the majority of the applications or not being able to spend quality time on each of the applicants. As a result, they often out on the most ideal candidate for the role and end up shortlisting a less suitable candidate for the role - false positives and false negatives. Our Solution: We use LLMs as a first pass, using its reasoning abilities to study CVs and match them to the job and company requirements. The scoring criteria is customised for each role by the hiring managers themselves, and at the end of it they get: 1. A sorted list of applicants in descending order of suitability. 2. A standardised CV for each candidate, making it easier for HR to skim through the list. Further, this standard format also opens up avenues to build further automation with software solutions.
