Here's an update of what we've been up to recently 👇👇👇 📸 Added media to test instructions You can now add video or images to your test instructions. To use this feature, simply toggle the "Add image or video" option when creating your test instructions. Upload your file, and participants will see the image or video alongside the test instruction. And for video instructions, participants will need to watch the entire clip before continuing to the test – no skipping ahead. 🎥 Recordings launch and early improvements In case you missed it, we recently launched our new Recordings feature, allowing you to capture audio, screen, and webcam during unmoderated tests. Since the launch, we’ve also updated the playback viewer in the results page to include cinema mode, and improved the UI. 🔥 Improved heatmaps We made a small improvement to the way heatmaps are displayed in your test results. Now, you’ll see a better clustering of nearby clicks, making it easier to identify hotspots at a glance. We've also refined the coloring system – the intensity of each blob varies with the number of local clicks. This means you can more accurately measure the relative popularity of different areas in your designs. 🌎 New granular locations added Need to find research participants in a particular state or city? We’ve added more granular locations to the demographic targeting options available in the Lyssna panel. 💥 CSAT is now live to boost panel quality Don’t forget to rate your research panel orders! 😀 We’ve just added the ability for you to provide a customer satisfaction score on every panel order.
