Yesterday we set sail into our exciting future growth plans at our 2024 Company Conference. There were waves of innovation and collaboration as the team came together to chart our course towards our future mission. Our Group Executive, David Hirst, reiterated our #sovereign AI and cloud data centres' crucial role in the world's AI-driven future. Then came the premier of a #BehindTheScences look at Australia's first purpose-built #AI and cloud data centre, IC3 Super West, currently being built at our 63MW Macquarie Park Data Centre Campus. After that, it was anchors aweigh with a boat cruise on Sydney Harbour. It was good times and great company, as the crew came together to celebrate all we’ve achieved this year. In FY24 we continued our outstanding track record for safety with another year of zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIs) and zero Medically Treated Injuries (MTIs) in over 180,000 man-hours from our team. More than just a tick-box exercise, our approach to #safety is embedded into our processes, procedures and culture.  Our guiding principle is simple: everyone goes home safe, every day. 

Thanks St John Ambulance for another great #FirstAid Training Day! For most, it was valuable refresher, while others were learning these skills for the first time.   This training equips our team with the confidence and knowledge to act quickly in emergencies, further ensuring a safe environment for everyone at our offices and data centres.
