It was a pleasure to be part of the REHDA Institute (Official) Melbourne Study Tour 2025. Yesterday, we hosted delegates including Malaysia’s Federal Minister for Housing & Local Government at Sapphire by the Gardens, with a briefing from Cox Architecture and FK about the design aspiration of the twin towers. The visit to the skybridge oculus was an experience to remember! Today, Head of Setia Australia, Hunt Soon See, shared valuable insights on the “Australian Property Development Procurement Model” at the Housing Dialogue & Networking Event (Victoria & Malaysia) 2025. It was a privilege to exchange ideas with industry experts from both Australia and Malaysia, and we hope the knowledge shared made this study tour a meaningful and productive experience for everyone involved.
