📢 The European Health Data Space Needs Inclusive Collaboration 🌍 With the European Health Data Space (#EHDS) now officially law, the establishment of a Stakeholder Forum will be crucial for its successful implementation. This Forum must be inclusive, well-resourced, and transparent to ensure meaningful engagement across the healthcare ecosystem. 📢 Urgent Call for Clarity on Clinical Strategy Discussions AESGP, MedTech Europe, COCIR, and Medtech & Pharma Platform Association express their concerns about the recent revision of MDCG 2019-6 (Rev. 5). While the update strengthens structured dialogue, it fails to address the absence of pre-submission clinical strategy discussions. Without such discussions, uncertainty around clinical evidence expectations will persist, impacting industry innovation, and medical device & IVD availability in Europe.
