From March 4 to 6, our colleague Norberto Jimenez Mena attended the 4th ESA Workshop on Advanced Manufacturing in Noordwijk, Netherlands. Organized by the European Space Agency - ESA, this event brought together key industry and research players to discuss the latest advancements in advanced manufacturing for space applications. 📢 CRM Group’s contributions: ✅ Presentation of our ESA projects on titanium alloys (Ti4AM) and aluminum alloys (Al4DED) designed for space applications. ✅ Active participation as a session chairman, leading discussions on innovation in materials and advanced manufacturing processes. During the Belgian Economic Mission in India, our CEO, Joeri Neutjens, had the honor of presenting CRM Group's latest innovations in Green Steel production and our revolutionary JVD technology at the Steel Seminar. With India's steel production set to increase from 180 to 300 million tons by 2030, this event was a key opportunity to strengthen ties between Belgian and Indian industrial players. From March 1 to 8, our CEO Joeri Neutjens and CTO Griet Lannoo represent CRM Group during the Belgian Economic Mission in India, a high-profile event led by Her Royal Highness Princess Astrid of Belgium. This mission, jointly organized by the Federal Public Service of Foreign Affairs, the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency (BFTA), and the regional trade and investment agencies (Wallonia Export & Investment Agency (AWEX), Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT), and hub.brussels), brought together over 330 participants from the business, financial, academic, and political sectors. 👥 A high-level delegation Princess Astrid was accompanied by: 🔹 Maxime Prévot, Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs, and Development Cooperation. 🔹 Theo F., Minister of Defense, in charge of Foreign Trade. 🔹 Matthias Diependaele, Minister-President of the Flemish Government and Minister for Economy, Innovation, Industry, Foreign Affairs, Digitalization, and Facility Management. 💡 Key moment for CRM Group One of the highlights of our participation was the signing of a contract between CRM Group and P. P. Rolling Mills Manufacturing Co. (Pvt.) Ltd.(PPRM), represented by Pankaj Khanna, for the further expansion of our Tempcore® technology in India and beyond. This process, developed at CRM Group, is a quenching and self-tempering technique designed for manufacturing high-quality concrete reinforcement bars. 🌍 Expanding our global presence This event was an incredible opportunity to connect with key industry players, explore business opportunities, and reinforce CRM Group’s international footprint.
