💡 How can data-driven strategies help destinations manage seasonality, ensuring a more balanced and sustainable tourism flow year-round? Yesterday, ETC and UN Tourism kicked off our DataLab webinars for 2025, exploring data-driven solutions to tackle seasonality.   Tania Sultana (Malta Tourism Authority), Eleni Mitraki (Greek National Tourism Organisation), Jorge Rubio Navarro (Tourspain) and Luis Millan (ForwardKeys) shared how their organisations are leveraging data 📊 from multiple sources to measure tourism impacts and successfully distribute visitor flows and expenditure💳 beyond the peak season.   👏 A big thank you to our speakers and everyone who joined the session!

UN Tourism data shows that women represent 54% of the global tourism workforce, yet many remain in lower-paid roles. 🧳 Younger travellers show the highest intention to visit Europe in 2025   Recent #ETCResearch reveals that international travellers under 35 are leading the demand for European trips this year.
