It is jointly co-financed by the European Commission's Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA), the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV), the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the French Facility for Global Environment (FFEM), and the French Ministry of Ecological Transition (MTE). The Partnership is implemented by AFD, GIZ, ADEME, Cerema, CODATU, EBRD, KFW, and Wuppertal Institute.
