Policy comms evolve... mutate... innovate? You name it — but are you keeping up? AI is rapidly transforming how policies are shaped, communicated, and received. It predicts reactions, adapts messaging in real time, and scales content across platforms. Without it, policy professionals risk falling behind in an environment where public sentiment shifts in seconds. From predictive analytics to AI-generated content, the right tools can elevate communication strategies and drive real impact. • Savion Ray as a case study for the World Economic Forum — new AI upskilling benchmarks? Our AI Journey with TeamLift is now being featured in the World Economic Forum. The article highlights how AI know-how is the final piece of the adoption puzzle, turning potential into real impact. Moving faster with AI means little if it doesn’t work at scale. Our challenge was clear: How do you scale content creation while maintaining quality? It wasn’t just thanks to technology. It required structured upskilling, hands-on adoption, and smarter workflows. The results? AI that enhances creativity instead of limiting it. Now, WEF is sharing our journey and why AI expertise — not just AI itself — makes all the difference 👇

Happy to share my latest article with the World Economic Forum! "AI know-how is the final piece of the adoption puzzle. Here's why" is now live, and it’s a deep dive into what’s really holding back AI success. Spoiler: It’s not the tech. It’s the AI know-how. I have been thinking about ideas on how to scale and share that practical AI know-how needed to produce real results with AI tools. And I'm excited to share some of them in this article. AI’s true power isn’t just in the tools. It’s in how we use them. Check the article out here: https://lnkd.in/ejEn72Fc

Everyone comes with the same questions... “Where do we even start with AI?” “Is AI going to replace our creativity?” “Which tools should we actually use?” Over the past months, I’ve had the chance to lead AI workshops with communications teams across industries — tech startups, trade associations, policy comms teams, and more. The reality is: most organisations don’t need more tools.  They need clarity. AI is everywhere right now — wrapped in hype, full of promise, but also full of uncertainty. And while it can make you faster, more efficient, and more strategic, it only works when you know how to integrate it properly. That’s exactly what we focus on in these workshops: ✅ What AI can (and can’t) do for your team ✅ How to introduce it without breaking your existing workflow ✅ How to keep your brand voice human, even when the content is machine-assisted ✅ How to build confidence around using AI in everyday work Because adopting AI isn’t just about automation. It’s about mindset. It’s about knowing when to lean on the machine and when to lean into your human creativity. So if your team is still navigating the fog of “what should we do with AI?”, don’t worry. You’re not alone. You just need a plan that makes sense for your reality, not someone else’s hype. 💬 I’m always happy to share how we approach it at Savion Ray. If you’re exploring AI adoption and need a fresh perspective — talk to me.

Not everything in comms is about campaigns. Sometimes it’s just about being human. We talked many things. We always do. But, at one point, someone said they sometimes feel like they’re not good at their job. That they don’t belong. My first reaction was: But you? If even you feel that way, what does that say about the rest of us? And then I realized — that’s exactly the problem. Impostor syndrome doesn’t care how competent you are. It’s not rooted in facts. It’s rooted in the subtle signals we get, every day, that tell us to shrink. To self-edit. To be less. These aren’t just conversations about communications. They’re about what it means to lead. As women. As people. As humans trying to make sense of a shifting world. And I’m grateful for them. Thanks Georgia Mourad Brooks for hosting our WiC chats in March. Thanks everyone for being beautiful humans. Alessia Palleschi Lucía Carrasco Rodríguez Martina Cilia Veronica Sarno Gloria J. • The most important conversations happen off the record. Over coffee. In a room full of women who just get it. This week, our Women in Communications and Public Affairs Breakfast Chat was hosted by Georgia Mourad Brooks, Founder & CEO at The Nine, bringing women together for a raw and honest exchange. The conversation moved between professional identity and personal well-being — touching on how women show up online, how women speak out politically (or don’t), and how seasonal depression and PMDD impact women's ability to function, let alone lead. We also tackled AI — not just how to use it, but how to use it well. The takeaway? If people can tell you’ve used AI, you probably haven’t used it right. It’s not about hiding the tool; it’s about elevating your voice. Big thanks to Georgia and everyone who contributed. These conversations remind us that communication is not just what we do — it’s also how we connect, support, and uplift one another.
