    Pleased to announce that VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City, Czech Republic, is totally occupied. Mailstep, a market leader in comprehensive logistics for e-stores, is the last tenant to add to the list, by leasing the remaining 18,800 m2 of space in halls B and C. VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City is strategically located, supporting last-mile logistics and offering perfect transport accessibility. The old industrial site of almost 11 hectares has been transformed into a modern park of three halls, offering a total lettable area of over 52,000 m2. Sustainability is at the core of VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City, presenting among others green facades, a retention tank, and an insect hotel.     VGP Italy is happy to announce the delivery of our premises to Melchioni Car System S.R.L. at VGP Park Legnano. Melchioni Car System, an Italian company specialising in lighting and mirrors for the automotive sector, is the first tenant at VGP Park Legnano, occupying an area of approximately 7,000 m2 for their headquarters, enabling the company to enhance its logistics and production capabilities. VGP Park Legnano is our third business park in the Italian region of Lombardy, offering premises for logistics and production activities. Located on Via Jucker, the park spans a total area of 50,000 m2 and is strategically positioned near the A8, ensuring direct access to Milan and the main road axis of Northern Italy. The project transforms a decommissioned industrial area into a modern infrastructure that generates value for the territory.     Our VGP Park Split already has found its first tenant! Studenac market, the largest food retailer in Croatia, leases 23,000 m2 for its logistics and distribution centre. Leveraging the technical expertise of our team, VGP is committed to offer sustainable and customised solutions tailored to the specific needs of the tenant. The premises are going to feature advanced equipment, including an 11.5-meter-high racking system and numerous loading and unloading docks. Solar installations, energy-efficient features, and green spaces to promote biodiversity are also foreseen. VGP Park Split is ideally situated in Dugopolje, near major transportation hubs such as Split Ferry Port and Split’s International Airport, providing easy access to key markets in Croatia and neighbouring countries.     Our VGP Portugal team enthusiastically participated to several activities as part of their Community Day. They contributed to the promotion and conservation initiative of the Mata Nacional do Bussaco National Forest, promoted by the Plantar uma Árvore association and the Mata do Bussaco foundation. This initiative aims to promote the restitution of the forest, the sustainability of local species, the enhancement of biodiversity and the reduce of the risk of fire. Among other activities, the VGP team left its mark on Mata do Bussaco by building 10 shelter nests for birds, being placed in the forest, and received a certificate of forest promotion and conservation. On top of this, the team participated in an activity to obtain a training certification about biodiversity and animal conservation at the Lisbon Zoo. They made a Biodiversity Route - Guided Tour of the Zoo, framing the Zoo’s activities in terms of conservation, education, and research, and learning about the importance of protecting endangered species. Thanks to the team for their great dedication and enthusiasm and for making a difference in nature and animal conservation in Portugal. #VGP #Portugal #CommunityDay

This acquisition marks VGP’s second project in Croatia, after the project of VGP Park Zagreb, dedicated to an autonomous vehicle production facility for Verne. VGP Park Split is ideally situated in Dugopolje, near major transportation hubs, providing easy access to key markets in Croatia and neighbouring countries. On a 187,000 m2 plot, VGP is going to develop a total of 74,000 m2 of logistics and industrial premises, spread over 2 buildings. Located near Split Ferry Port and Split’s International Airport, it is an ideal location for logistics service providers, commercial and manufacturing companies.     Our first project handed over in France? That’s Hub 3 for our client SENALIA at VGP Park Rouen. An inauguration event took place for our first building in France, at VGP Park Rouen. Sénalia, a major player in agro-industrial logistics having strong local roots and an international dimension, operates a building of 40,000 m2, named Hub 3, for its packaged logistics activities. Enabled by our in-house technical expertise, VGP provided high-quality technical and innovative features tailored to Sénalia’s needs. Sustainability has been taken into account for all the facets of the project, aiming for the BREEAM Excellent, BiodiverCity, and EU Taxonomy certifications. Among others, it features a large solar installation, and 20,000 m² of green spaces plus habitats to contribute to the local biodiversity. Strategically located in Petit-Couronne, near the Rouen River port, and at the intersection of important roads, VGP Park Rouen provides easy access to the city of Rouen, to Le Havre seaport and to Paris. The park is going to reach a total lettable area of 160,000 m2 suitable for logistics and industrial activities.     Our Slovakian team is happy to announce the realisation of hall C and its first tenant at VGP Park Bratislava, marking the addition of our 6th hall at this strategic location. Hall C further strengthens the position of the park and is going to have a total lettable area of 47,000 m2. TOPTRANS, a leading logistics company, has been identified as the first tenant and is leasing approximately 4,000 m2 for its logistics activities and office space. Having a prime location, VGP Park Bratislava is going to have a total lettable area of 406,000 m2, spread over 11 buildings, this makes it one of VGP’s largest projects across Europe.     Pleased to announce the handover of our premises at VGP Park Kecskemét to P-Development and ElringKlinger. The logistics company P-Development leases a total area of 9,188 m2 and the automotive parts supplier ElringKlinger leases a total space of 10,630 m2 for their production. Enabled by our in-house technical expertise, VGP provided high-quality, innovative solutions to fit the needs of the tenants, such as rack storage facilities, a reinforced industrial floor and preparations for crane installations. Sustainability has been integrated in all facets of the project, and the heating and cooling designed and built by VGP uses a heat pump system. Strategically located in the southern industrial area of Kecskemét, near the M5, VGP Park Kecskemét provides perfect access and infrastructure. By adding the 2 tenants, the first phase is totally leased out. The Hungarian VGP team is excited to begin construction on the second phase, offering a total lettable area of 125,000 m2.     Our sustainability team is very pleased to announce that hall B, C, E, and the office building F at VGP Park München, occupied by our tenant KraussMaffei, have achieved the DGNB Platinum certification, the highest level in this segment! On top of that the EU Taxonomy in use certificate has been achieved for each of the four buildings. For this occasion, our colleagues from the sustainability team and representatives from KraussMaffei came together at the premises in Munich to raise a glass. This recognition highlights our commitment to the highest sustainability standards and our dedication to creating a healthy and eco-efficient environment. Key sustainability features of VGP Park München include EV chargers and charging stations for e-bikes, an impressive solar installation used for the self-consumption of our tenant KraussMaffei, and both green roof strips and a green façade enhancing the building’s eco-efficiency. For the comfort of KraussMaffei’s employees, very good indoor air quality has been ensured, and a large canteen has been provided to take breaks. Last but not least, a large biotope area of 24 hectares has been foreseen to contribute to the local biodiversity, by creating habitats for amphibians and protecting special bird species.
