𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️ On August 20, our German colleagues took part in the charity B2Run in Dusseldorf. 13 runners joined the race while being cheered on by our team. The 5.8 km were filled with shared excitement, team spirit, and a healthy dose of friendly competition. The funds raised support the nonprofit organization DKMS Deutschland, fighting blood cancer and blood disorders. In addition to the participation donations, we contributed 75 Euros per run kilometer – totaling 5,655 Euros. 👐🏻 At Logicor we strongly believe that giving back to community is part of our responsibility, and we are proud to support such a vital cause. 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 We are excited to announce that we have received the building permit for our redevelopment project in Neuss, Germany! 🚀🤲🏻 On a total area of approximately 25,740 sqm, the concept will feature 12 flexible units that can be adapted and combined individually according to our customer’s needs. This innovative approach will not only enhance the area's economic appeal but also attract small and medium sized businesses along with creating new job opportunities for the region. The deconstruction of the existing warehouse is set for August, clearing the way for our new business park. The globally active logistics company Rhenus Logistics extended its lease for the property in Willich (North Rhine-Westphalia), located close to the A44 highway and at an important strategic hub for the Rhine-Ruhr region.   Rhenus has been the sole customer of the logistics hub since 2019. Before they moved in, a new building was added to the existing building to fully meet the company's specific requirements. We equipped the building in the safe handling of different chemical substances. We have completed a BTS of about 25,000 sqm warehouse in Pomezia, near Rome, for our esteemed customer, a global leader in the distribution of electrical materials and solutions. 🏗 This project, initiated in October 2023, stands on approximately 97,000 sqm of land owned by the Mazer Fund, a Logicor-sponsored closed-end real estate fund managed by Kryalos SGR. Yesterday, July 24th, we proudly handed over 🤝the keys to our Customer, marking a new chapter in their operational excellence and a significant milestone for Logicor Italy. 🌳 This facility is a testament to modern engineering and sustainability, featuring: - BREEAM Very Good certification - A 2.8 MW photovoltaic plant, reflecting our commitment to renewable energy and reducing carbon footprint. - Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations, promoting the use of green transportation. - A municipal parking lot, enhancing the local community's infrastructure and accessibility. 🏗️ Mid July we started the construction of our re-development in Roosendaal. This marks the beginning of a state-of-the-art logistics hub in the Netherlands with an anticipated completion in Q1 2025. We look forward to the delivery beginning next year! 🚀 The current warehouse of 15,000m2 will be replaced by a modern warehouse of approximately 25,000m2. The new distribution center, certified BREEAM-NL Excellent and A+++ EPC, will be equipped with LED-lighting, solar panels, EV charging stations and heat pumps for cooling and heating. 💡 We have set up a time-lapse camera on the development.
