P3 has just announced its consolidated financial results for the first half of 2024, showcasing yet another period of strong operational and financial performance. The company reported a 16% increase in Net Operating Income (NOI), reaching €237 million. This growth was fueled by an expanding portfolio and rising rent levels. On a like-for-like basis, NOI grew by 4.1%, thanks to lease indexation and strong +21% re-leasing spreads. P3 also delivered an enhanced EBITDA margin of 86%, underscoring the company's commitment to growth, efficient lease management, and operational efficiency. P3's asset portfolio expanded to approximately 8.9 million m² of Gross Lettable Area, with a Gross Asset Value of €9.4 billion. On a like-for-like basis, the company maintained a high occupancy rate of 98%. However, economic uncertainties have softened demand for new developments, resulting in a modest decrease to a healthy 95% overall occupancy level.
