As a part of the ongoing employee well-being program for NASS Group & Corporation, the American Mission Hospital has been organizing Mental Health workshops, lectures, trainings and consultations, with its team of doctors, social workers, and clinical psychologists. Over 3197 staff members have been reached through this program, from September 2023, according to an announcement made at an event held jointly on Thursday, 4 July 2024, at the King Hamad American Mission Hospital in A’Ali. Dr Deepak Abraham, AMH's Chief of Medical Staff, spoke at the event. Mr. Shawqi Al Hashimi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nass Corporation Group distributed certificates to those who completed the Care Captains training.
