Our Team Princess Royals joined 2,500 participants in yesterday's 28th annual BF&M Group Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, in support of the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre. 🚶♀️ 🚶♂️ The aim of yesterday's walk was to raise funds for a new mammogram machine to replace the charity’s existing equipment. Last week our own Chef Alejandro Marroquín - Pastry Chef, represented Bermuda at the La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs International Young Chefs Rôtisseurs 2024 Competition in Budapest, Hungary! Alejandro’s participation is a result of his Gold medal win earlier this year in the island's chapter of Chaine Des Rotisseurs. At the competition, Alejandro prepared dishes to stand out among young chefs from 19 countries including USA, Canada, Colombia, Finland, Hungary, United Arab Emirates, Norway, United Kingdom and other nations. While in Hungary, Alejandro was exposed to the country’s culture and food through tours and exclusive dinners, before the final Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition.
