Thank you to everyone for attending our Sneak Peek of our fermentation facility, as part of Global Biotech Week in Saskatchewan (organized by Ag-West Bio)!  We were pleased to showcase our Advanced Food Ingredients Centre, a standalone facility with innovative technologies for ingredient manufacturing and fermentation, offering filtration, separation, drying, and converting bio and plant materials to meet the demand for clean label, natural products. To round up the event, participants enjoyed some delicious food samples - Kombucha from Parkerview Brews, plus Miso Ginger Cookies and Yogurt with probiotic beads developed at the Food Centre by Maria Hounjet, Ph.D.'s Product Development Team. At yesterday's Biotech on the Road event, GIFS' Megha Bajaj discussed our engineering biology platform, which is utilizing laboratory automation to achieve a new scale of research and product development.
