Our BTY Ottawa's Project Management team, in joint venture with Colliers Project Leaders | Canada, is making steady progress on the CHEO Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario: Integrated Treatment Centre.   This centre will transform pediatric care in Ottawa by centralizing critical services for children and youth under one roof. BTY has played a major role in achieving Financial Close on the Kuzey Marmara Motorway’s Nakkas–Basaksehir section, featuring the iconic Sazlidere Cable Stay Bridge in Istanbul, Turkey. The Project Company, Nakkaş Otoyol Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş., is owned by Rönesans Holding, and a group of Korean Sponsors including Samsung C&T Corporation and Korean public organizations, including Korea Expressway Corporation, KIND and PIS Fund.    Project Highlights: 🔹 Location: Istanbul, Turkey 🔹 CAPEX: €950M 🔹 Sponsors: Ronesans Holding and Samsung C&T 🔹 Scope: 24 km of 2x4 lane motorway, 5 km of connecting roads, Sazlidere Bridge, and complex engineering structures   Our Role: BTY provided a full suite of Lender’s Technical Advisory (LTA) services, including technical due diligence, construction and operations monitoring, and specialized assessments such as Road Safety Audits and Climate Resilience Appraisal in collaboration with our delivery partners.    Our team, led by Tunca Ataoglu, PEng, Kıvanç Umut Ejder, and Cansu Erdoğan, expertly navigated the technical assessment requirements of diverse lenders, including IFIs and ECAs (EBRD, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) and VakıfBank).
