Around the world, the design and structure of compensation programs vary significantly based on local market conditions, investor preferences and governance/regulatory constraints. Building an understanding of these differences can help us assess the effectiveness of our programs in Canada and learn more about potential trends that may become relevant in Canada given increasing globalization. In this interactive session, Amanda Voegeli, CFA and Ryan Resch will summarize current compensation trends in Canada relative to global practices and will provide an overview of the key differences in how compensation is delivered around the world.
