𝗜’𝗺 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱-𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗺 2025! 🏆 What started as a crazy 48-hour challenge turned into something we’re incredibly proud of. Matej Kardula, Nikola Kostovski, Petar Atanasovski, Gjorgi Nechovski and I set out to create a hybrid-casual mobile game that’s both addictive and strategic—and Overboiled was born! It’s a fast-paced, bubble-popping arcade game with a twist: bubbles rise in boiling liquid, and you have to pop them, or match them by colors on the surface before they overflow. But timing is everything—combo chains, power-ups, and increasing heat turn a simple mechanic into a thrilling balancing act. Add in fun skins, fun liquids, and an in-game shop, and you’ve got a game that’s easy to pick up but tough to master! We built everything from scratch, and seeing it take home Best Hybrid-Casual Game was an incredible moment for our team. Huge thanks to my amazing teammates for the creativity, energy, and passion that made this possible! 🎉 Also, big shoutout to Macedonian Games Industry for the amazing organization of GGJ Skopje 2025. There were 25 awesome games made in these 48 hour, each one showcasing incredible creativity, passion, and teamwork. It was amazing to see so many unique ideas come to life in such a short time. Huge respect to all the teams who participated—you made GGJ Skopje 2025 an unforgettable experience! Check out Overboiled here: https://lnkd.in/drNHDwiP 🚀🔥 #GlobalGameJam #GameDev #Overboiled #HybridCasual

  • Things are getting interesting! 🎉 Andrej Acevski got tired of hunting for the perfect project management tool… so he just built one himself. 💪 🤩 Meet Kaneo, an open-source, self-hostable tool made by developers, for developers (because who knows our struggles better than us? 😅). Easy to set up, beautiful to use, and fully in your control. 💫 Keep an 👁️ out, Andrej is cooking up something awesome! 🚀❤️

Software engineer at CodeChem, building developer tools and contributing to open source. Focused on creating intuitive and powerful solutions.

After many hours of trying to find the perfect project tool for me, I decided to build my own. A fully open source project management tool with an option to self-host it. The goal is to have a very simple self-hosting experience and still have beautiful and accessible user experience. 💜 The project management tool made by developers, for developers. Kaneo is coming soon. 🚀
