At Communica, we know it’s vital to understand the people and groups you interact with and their positions on the issues at stake. We believe that authentic, open and transparent stakeholder engagement leads to better decision-making and builds mutual respect and trust. Our core service offerings are: • Stakeholder engagement and consultation • Indigenous engagement and consultation • Corporate communication • Stakeholder information management These four service pillars complement one another and can be used together to provide a complete engagement/consultation service package. Or they can be used separately on a stand-alone basis. We have the knowledge and practical experience to help project teams understand the environment within which they are working; develop and implement communication strategies; build the relationships for addressing all parties’ rights and interests; and manage comprehensive record keeping with stakeholders. Our approach is collaborative, and we have the resources to tackle the toughest public affairs challenges and most rigorous regulatory processes.
