C3 Alliance applauds Premier David Eby and the BC Government for the recent announcement that BC will be fast-tracking the permitting and approvals process for 18 resource projects across the province. Thank you to Rio Tinto, our patron sponsor, for enhancing our stage with the powerful totem pole designed by Haisla Artist Ab Morrison-Hayward and crafted by the Rio Tinto BC Works fabricating team. This remarkable aluminium piece was a collaboration between Haisla Nation and Rio Tinto to recognize the story of their journey from past to present.   A similar aluminum totem pole was unveiled at Rio Tinto’s 70th anniversary and now stands as a permanent installation outside their main office in Kitimat to represent the relationship between industry and the Haisla Nation. What a great BC Natural Resources Forum!! This was my 17th I’ve attended and it never disappoints! So many incredible conversations and networking opportunities! It was great connecting with friends and colleagues and many new people. I’ll also take this time to announce I have started a consulting firm helping companies, Nations and others achieve their economic goals.
