I love this interview with Jacqueline Hutchings for a lot of reasons. But one of them is because I have a kid starting uni next fall, and this is the kind of journey I wish for him. Not necessarily starting his own circular solution company (although that would be cool!) - but challenging status quo ideas, digging deep into his passion, being brave enough to say 'there's a better way to do this and I can help figure it out,' and devoting a whole bunch of energy to making it happen while being willing to fail.
