Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a tour for our investor and banking partners at 77 & 99 Gerrard, our multi-residential property complex in downtown Toronto. KingSett acquired the site in 2012 and completed its intensification in 2020. The project entailed the addition of a new 32-storey residential tower at 99 Gerrard and four storeys overtop of and connected into the existing 77 Gerrard tower. Today, the property features over 21,650 sf of amenity space available for residents in both 77 and 99 Gerrard. Transit-oriented multi-residential properties continue to be supported by Canada’s elevated population growth as more people need more everything, places to live work, shop, and recreate.
