#ConversationalAI for #marketresearch seems to be having ‘a moment’ with lots of new platforms launched over the last year or so. At inca | Nexxt Intelligence we welcome this as a signal of a shift in how market researchers collect and use data, now scaling more qualitative capabilities. Voice/video responses for Big Qual – What is Big Qual? It needs to be big (or quant) and it needs to be qual. What is qual? Voice/video responses for quant surveys - inca was built to do better quant by incorporating qualitative capabilities in to quant surveys, so that hundreds or thousands of simultaneous engaging ‘conversations’ lead to better experiences for participants and deeper quantified insights for us researchers. Now inca surveys let participants respond using voice or video! Our clients have told us that they are seeing even more considered responses (longer verbatims) but not necessarily longer surveys (as it's faster to speak). Clients call inca a "developmental tool", rather than a survey/quantification/validation tool, because of the rich "whys" inca naturally gets us as part of the survey experience. An example here in the video shows how one of the question types on the inca platform, Maxdiff-like tradeoff ranking question, will help gather more insights to feed into rapid iterations with our new voice/video responses.
