Those talks inspired this film, one dedicated to the creative exploration of breath. Recognizing a disconnect in culture between the benefits of breathwork and how it is confined to alternative wellness circles, the pair set out to make a film that takes us out of the yoga studio, into the mainstream. With Just Breathe, Edmondson and Harris aim to inspire, engage, and educate through a film that reaches across boundaries and brings the transformative power of breathwork to the forefront of public consciousness.
