It’s our 18th birthday! Wow, time sure does fly. 😉✈️ With our continuing North American expansion, Porter is already the second-largest airline operating flights to the U.S. and Canada at Toronto Pearson, and the largest airline operating out of Ottawa! In the last 12 months, Porter has: ⬆️ Grown to 3,900+ team members (up from 1,500 in 2022) ✈️ Taken delivery of 20 new E195-E2 aircraft (operating 42 in total of an order up to 100) 🌎 Added 20 new routes (current total 65) and 11 new destinations (current total 38) There’s a lot more excitement to come with additional jets, increased flight frequencies and adding even more destinations to the map. Porter is proud to have supported Haul for Hope on Saturday, with the signature Hope Air event returning to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport for a second year. We have partnered with Hope Air for more than a decade to make the challenge of travelling long distances for essential medical care that little bit easier for thousands of people. More than 200 people and 17 teams from across Ontario stepped up to pull a Porter Dash 8-400 over 100 metres to help raise money and awareness for an important cause. #TeamPorter came in at a very respectable 5th place, with a time of just over 1:03! 💪
