Prospeo just hit $1,500,000 ARR in 12 months—fully bootstrapped, and it’s still just the two of us, just like when we first started. Every line of code, blog post, support ticket, and call? That’s all us. (And yes, when you hit "Talk to Sales," you're talking directly to me haha) In early 2023, when Jon Condouret —my co-founder and best friend—came up with the idea, we had a lot of doubts, given how SATURATED the market was. But we also both knew how notoriously unreliable data providers could be. Then, when we saw what our first prototype could do, we realized we had something special. We were finding more emails, reducing bounces, identifying catch-alls, and pricing lower than the competition. We knew we had a shot. There may be 30 data enrichment providers out there, but we were determined to be the best, and spread the word, one outbound agency at a time. The offer was absurdly simple but incredibly effective. Now, we have over 1,100 paying customers. (see the Stripe chart in comment) Why didn’t we hire sooner? We wanted to take our time, really understand the industry, its pain points, and its needs. We also wanted to master EVERYTHING ourselves before delegating. This past year has been an incredible learning experience. But now, it’s time to grow. We're opening a Toronto office and adding five new hires (only one spot left: content marketing expert—reach out or share if you know someone!).
