    Sales Friends- How many times in a sales conversation do you qualify your prospect's level of interest? ReplayzIQ has unearthed that top sales reps will qualify their prospect's level of interest 3-5 times in a 45 minute Discovery or Demo call. What does 'qualifying their interest' mean exactly? It means taking a temperature check of your prospect throughout the call to see if they genuinely appear to be seeing value and whether they are identifying with the pain you are solving. Are they leaning in or out? Are they hot or cold on your solution's ability to solve their unique painpoints? Why is this important? None of us are mind readers. So why not just ask how your prospect is feeling about what you've unearthed so far? This gives you the ability to address what is on their mind right there and then.     Sales Friends: We’re sharing some super interesting insights just released by Replayz Labs about how we Sales Leaders perform compared to AI. I was surprised by the findings. Bottom line - We humans are more flawed than we think when it comes to reviewing sales calls. - Call scoring is something you can delegate to ReplayzIQ with peace of mind. It makes zero sense to delegate some of your team’s sales tasks to AI unless it is: - Cheaper - Faster - Better - Dependable/consistent - Secure Let’s take sales call analysis/scoring for example. We first need to acknowledge that AI is not perfect.  But neither are humans.  PROBLEM: Most sales reps have not had a sales call reviewed and coached in the past 4 weeks.  ROOT CAUSE: Sales Managers don’t have time SOLUTION: AI Call Assessments 5 years ago we launched a sales coaching business to solve this problem. 2.5 years ago we realized we were uniquely positioned to take all of our learnings and train AI to coach sales calls instead of humans But, first, we needed to benchmark the accuracy and consistency of successful Sales Managers who coach/score calls OUR FINDINGS - We humans are more flawed than we think - Humans are inconsistent when it comes to scoring sales calls When a Sales Manager scored the same sales call twice, with the same questions on two separate days, only 56% of the scores were in the same range as each other. When really good Sales Managers from the same team scored the same sales call with the same scoring rubric, they each thought their scores were correct, but their scores differed wildly.  They were only in the same range 33% of the time. When ReplayzIQ scored the same sales call twice on two separate days it was consistent 90% of the time. We’ve found these results to be consistent across all of our tests. REPLAYZIQ vs HUMANS - ReplayzIQ is 700x FASTER than humans (5 seconds to score a call) - ReplayzIQ is 20x CHEAPER- ReplayzIQ only costs $4 per call - ReplayzIQ is 3x more consistent than humans - ReplayzIQ is 1.6x more accurate than humans SALES LEADERS: If you don’t have time to review sales calls, let us help.
