We take security and privacy of patient information very seriously at Tali. In addition to everything we do, we have also maintained our SOC 2 Type 2 certification as an organization, which validates that the company has robust controls and processes in place to protect sensitive data. SOC 2 Type 2 certification is a rigorous auditing procedure that ensures service providers securely manage data to protect the interests of the organization and the privacy of its clients. Specifically, it evaluates: Security: Protection against unauthorized access Availability: System availability for operation and use Processing Integrity: System processing is complete, accurate, timely, and authorized Confidentiality: Information designated as confidential is protected Privacy: Personal information is collected, used, retained, and disclosed in conformity with commitments and criteria The 'Type 2' designation means that our systems have been thoroughly tested for effectiveness over a period of time, typically 6-12 months, rather than just at a single point in time. This certification demonstrates our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy for our patients and healthcare partners. It provides assurance that Tali AI has the necessary controls and safeguards in place to handle sensitive healthcare data responsibly and securely.
