Jeff will be leading the development and evolution of our AI leadership coach, and comes from over 20 years of experience at Google, Twitter, and Bloomberg. Our mission is to build a leadership coach that can support anyone, at any level, anytime—not just the lucky few who can afford executive coaching. Our AI coach remembers and learns from each user over days, weeks, and months for ever more personalized leadership development. We are pushing the boundaries of how AI builds deep memory, understands context, and adapts to people’s needs.
