    There are too many examples of mediocre customer experiences out there. It’s refreshing to see a great one. In the last Making Bots, Peter Isaacs blew us all away with his conversational check-in flow for JetBlue. You can engage with this agent just like you would with a live person and it will get you where you need to go: 👥 If you say “my wife”, the agent understands you mean the other passenger on the reservation. ♿ If you say “I broke my leg”, it offers a wheelchair assist. 💺 You can even pick your seats without ever leaving the chat. This clip below makes it all look easy.     We built a conversational check-in flow for JetBlue ✈️ Here's a flyby of how it works. Last week, Nicolas showed developers how to create an embedded chat widget with Extensions so users can choose their own seats, right from the check-in conversation.
