As a Business Strategy Analyst, you help design and improve business processes and operations based on business models and organizational structures to boost operational efficiency. You advise and assist clients and partners and recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :
• Diagnose and optimize processes, situations/problems and recommend solutions
• Identify and analyze impacts on processes, procedures, products and/or service delivery employee work methods, and make adjustments as required.
• Identify opportunities for improvement aimed at enhancing the experience of members/customers and service delivery employees within the framework of ongoing initiatives or projects and from a process/procedure perspective
• Act as an expert on the operational reality from a process and procedure perspective impacting the front-line workers.
• Define, propose and implement the deployment strategy for projects and initiatives, ensuring that the service delivery employee receives the right level of information, at the right time, in order to maximize the use of the novelty/content/deliverable (experimentation, deployment, post-deployment).
• Collaborate on change management and communication strategy.
• Make available the knowledge required for employee service delivery activities and contribute to training content.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in finance, administration, statistics or a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in optimizing business processes
Experience in managing and leading projects focused on business processes transformation
Experience in data analysis and metrics
Expert proficiency in both English and French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with French and English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
