🌿 Reflecting on Biodiversity at the Sustainable Switzerland Forum 2024 🌍 ETH Zürich had the privilege of supporting the biodiversity thematic stream at this year’s NZZ Sustainable Switzerland Forum. The session featured powerful presentations by Kristy Deiner (ETH Zurich) and Simon Zadek (NatureFinance) followed by a dynamic panel discussion with Judson Berkey (UBS) moderated by Kathrin Hönegger. The key takeaways? ✅ Biodiversity is more than an environmental concern—it's a critical component of our global economic and social systems ✅ There is an urgent need for cross-sector collaboration ✅ Financial institutions can be catalysts for change, investing in projects that promote biodiversity and, by extension, sustainable development We were inspired by the passion and expertise of everyone involved and are more motivated than ever to continue driving meaningful action in the sustainability space. #Sustainability #Biodiversity #SustainableSwitzerland #NatureFinance #Collaboration #SSF24
