Yesterday, Feyenoord Rotterdam N.V. hosted the first ECA Academy visit of the 2024/25 season, welcoming 63 participants from 44 clubs for a two-day deep dive into their renowned academy. 🇳🇱 The programme featured workshops, on-field sessions, and classroom insights on football and performance methodology across their academy and De Kuip Stadium. On 24 and 25 October, #ACMilan hosted the Women's High Performance Advisory Group Meeting of the European Club Association (ECA), an internationally renowned scientific event that is part of the wider 'Be a Changemaker' programme. Over 60 professionals representing 40 top European Clubs were hosted at the Milanello Sports Center and Casa Milan.  The Club's active participation is affirmed by the scientific contributions made by the research department of the MilanLab which, after being invited to deliver a keynote lecture at the previous meeting in Lisbon in April, this time presented several projects developed by the Club across recent seasons on the topic of training load management via exercises with and without a ball in various age groups.  This was an important moment of meeting and exchange regarding subjects that affect professional athletes across Europe and demonstrated AC Milan's active role as a scientific contributor on an international scale. Il ruolo attivo del Club è rimarcato dal contributo scientifico portato dal dipartimento di ricerca di MilanLab che, dopo essere stato invitato per una key-lecture al precedente meeting svoltosi ad Aprile a Lisbona, in questa occasione ha presentato alcuni dei progetti sviluppati dal Club nelle ultime stagioni sul tema della pianificazione dei carichi di lavoro attraverso esercitazioni con e senza palla in diverse fasce d’età. È stato un importante momento di incontro e confronto su temi che abbracciano professionisti in tutta Europa e che dimostra il ruolo attivo di AC Milan nel poter essere un contributor scientifico a livello internazionale.
