It was a great honour welcoming our members to an exclusive workshop with Annastiina Hintsa, CEO of Hintsa Performance, and Claudia Oeken, Head of Central Europe, on 26 September in Zurich. The session explored Business Success through Sustainable High Performance, focusing on the integration of wellbeing into business strategy. Hintsa Performance is the world’s leading evidence-based coaching company, helping top athletes and business professionals in achieving sustainable success. Annastiina’s father’s (Dr Aki Hintsa) pioneering holistic approach, which originally helped elite athletes perform at their best, is now applied to business professionals, covering all key areas of health and wellbeing. Key takeaways from the session: 💡 High performance requires balancing focus and recovery, much like elite athletes. Organisations and teams must strategically alternate between intense focus and rest to sustain peak performance. 💡 Importance of sleep! Sleep deprivation reduces our cognitive performance. Sleeping 8 hours per night improves our performance significantly. 💡 Wellbeing isn’t just personal - it’s strategic.
