On y arrive !

🚍 Advancing Swiss Public Transport with Innovation 🚍 We're thrilled to share that our #AutoDepot Project has been featured in the latest Overview of Research and Innovation in Public Transport report by the Office fédéral des transports OFT . This recognition highlights our efforts toward a more efficient and sustainable future for public transportation in Switzerland. Imagine a world where buses park, recharge, and maintain themselves autonomously, freeing up valuable time for drivers and reducing operational costs. Our vision is becoming a reality, thanks to collaborative efforts. After a pre-study concluded that the project is viable and makes sense, we are now gathering members to build a #consortium to create the first prototype, expected to be ready by 2028. 11 SAAM members supported the initial proof of concept, and discussions are currently active to involve them in this next phase. We have included below the report pages about the project (swipe for French 👉) For more information, visit the project page on our website: https://lnkd.in/eqqZ8DSp #SAAM #AutonomousVehicles #PublicTransport #Innovation #Sustainability #SmartMobility #FutureOfTransport #SwissTransport
