☕️More than 50% of global #coffee exports were represented at the Swiss Coffee Trade Association (SCTA) event this year, where SUSTAINABILITY was boldly written in capital letters on the agenda. Our mission was to explore the sustainability priorities of various key players in the coffee value chain and understand how #biochar integrates into their strategies. Our key takeaways are: 🌱 Carbon emissions are on top of the agenda 🌱 But so is supply chain resilience 🌱 Biochar is on the map of most as a solution to tackle both challenges The intense discussions helped us better understand the needs and the urgency for transformative solutions in the coffee supply chain.
