🚁EHang’s EH216-S Marks a Milestone in Brazil! 🇧🇷✨ We’re thrilled to announce that EHang’s EH216-S Pilotless eVTOL has officially received the Experimental Flight Authorization Certificate (CAVE) from Brazil’s ANAC - Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil! This milestone, achieved in collaboration with our local partner and operator Gohobby Future Technology . 🚀 EHang reaffirms its strong commitment on promoting and supporting international cooperation and development of UAM worldwide. We are in close collaboration with various civil aviation authorities around the world to progress with airworthiness certification of EH216-S across other countries, sharing the cutting-edge technology and expertise for safe pilotless eVTOL aircraft operations. 🌍✈️ Brazil and China have signed cooperation agreements to strengthen the partnership between the two countries in civil aviation. As for the certification of EH216-S pilotless eVTOL in Brazil, ANAC - Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil and CAAC - Civil Aviation Administration of China are currently in discussion. 🙌 Ms. Victoria Jing Xiang, COO of EHang Europe and Latin America, shared, “We look forward to conducting the first EH216-S pilotless eVTOL flight in Brazil in the near future. It’s been a real pleasure to visit the World Economic Forum this week and talk with its Founder and Executive Chairman, Professor Klaus Schwab , about EHang's leadership role in deploying UAM and boosting the low-altitude economy worldwide. We are also delighted to participate in the Advancing Aviation Innovation and Autonomous Technologies #AVIATE initiative of the World Economic Forum, contributing to the advancement of safe, sustainable, and advanced air mobility technologies within the airspace. Professor Klaus Schwab visited Guangzhou a few years ago, met EHang’s founder Mr. Hu Huazhi and the then-Mayor of Guangzhou. Our Q2 2024 results are now available. Here are the key highlights:   Strong Revenues Growth - Quarterly revenues up 919.6% YoY. Achieved quarterly adjusted net income and maintained positive operating cash flow for the 3rd consecutive quarter. Liquidity strengthened with US$ 76.2 million raised YTD through ATM, which will not continue for remainder of 2024.   Deliveries Ramp-Up - Delivered 49 units of EH216-S in Q2 2024, marking the highest quarterly delivery volume in company’s history, compared with 5 units in Q2 2023 and 26 units in Q1 2024.   Certification Leadership - Secured EH216-S Production Certificate (PC) from CAAC, cleaning path for mass production of EH216-S in April 2024.   Operational Preparation - Our pilotless eVTOL Air Operator Certificate (OC) applications submitted separately by EHang General Aviation and Hefei Heyi Aviation have been accepted by the CAAC; Partnered with China Southern Airlines General Aviation for collaborative eVTOL operations.   Increasing Orders – Secured sizeable new orders in Shanxi, Zhejiang with full payments received, plus partnered with KC Smart Mobility with purchase plan to advance sale and tourism and travel operations in HK, Macau and Hubei Province in China.   International Expansion – Reached strategic collaboration with MLG and ADIO in UAE and completed debut flights in UAE and Saudi Arabia.   Tech Depth Improvement - Partnered with GBT to develop ultra-fast/eXtreme fast charging battery solutions.   Get the full report at: https://lnkd.in/gCzZj98P
