🔜 NIS2 rückt näher: Worauf sich Unternehmen in Europa jetzt vorbereiten müssen 📅 Die #NIS2 stellt die Weiterentwicklung der seit 2016 bestehenden NIS (Netz- und Informationssicherheitsrichtlinie) dar. In Deutschland war ursprünglich der 18.10.2024 geplant. Doch wie auch in anderen europäischen Ländern verzögert sich die Umsetzung aktuell. Trotzdem dürfen sich betroffene Unternehmen und Organisationen nicht zurücklehnen – es steht ein aufwändiger Prozess bevor. ⚠️   🔑 Besonders wichtig: 🔐 Risikomanagement: Die Richtlinie schreibt 10 verschiedene Maßnahmen zum Schutz vor Sicherheitsvorfällen vor, wie z.B. die Sicherheit der Lieferkette. 👥 Governance: Die Geschäftsleitung muss die Maßnahmen umsetzen und überwachen. Hierbei müssen gesetzliche Regelungen beachtet werden. Bei Verstößen können sie haftbar gemacht werden. 📝 Meldepflichten: Einrichtungen müssen sich eigenverantwortlich registrieren und explizite Fristen zur Meldung von Sicherheitsvorfällen beachten.   ✅ Durch eine bestehende ISO 27001 ISMS-Zertifizierung sind weite Bereiche bereits abgedeckt. Um die Anforderungen der NIS2-Richtlinien zu erreichen, sind nur wenige weitere Schritte nötig.   MHP hilft dabei, die Relevanz für NIS2 im Unternehmen zu evaluieren sowie bei der strategischen, architektonischen und technischen Umsetzung. 🚀 #iso27001 #cybersecurity #eu #EnablingYouToShapeABetterTomorrow

What does the future of urban transport with autonomous shuttles look like? 🚐🤖 Together with ZF Mobility Solutions and Digitale Stadt München e.V., we explored this question at the DigiTalk on "Autonomous Urban Mobility". Opened by Jörg Ochs, the event featured insightful keynotes from Frank Keck (ZF Mobility Solutions) and Marcus Willand. Along with Stefan Kretzschmar (DB Regio), Dr. Miriam Ruf (KAMO), Ulrich Haböck (ZF Mobility Solutions), and Dr. Mara Cole (Bayern Innovativ), we engaged in an exciting panel discussion on how the integration of autonomous shuttles into the existing transport system can be ensured digitally and safely.
