Hines je globální realitní investiční, developerský a realitní manažer. Firmu založil Gerald D. Hines v roce 1957 a nyní působí ve 30 zemích. Firma si vybudovala svou přítomnost v České republice otevřením kanceláře v Praze v roce 2021. Díky místním odborníkům z oboru jsme dobře vybaveni k tomu, abychom řídili standard kvality Hines napříč projekty v Česku. Se znalostí místního trhu se náš tým zaměřuje na správu aktiv 100 000 metrů čtverečních logistických aktiv v Praze, přičemž aktivně hledá nové rozvojové a investiční příležitosti napříč všemi třídami aktiv. Globálně společnost Hines spravuje vysoce výkonná aktiva v hodnotě téměř 96 miliard USD v rezidenčních, logistických, maloobchodních, kancelářských a smíšených strategiích. Naše místní týmy obsluhují 790 nemovitostí o celkové rozloze téměř 269 milionů čtverečních stop. Zavázali jsme se k dosažení čistého nulového cíle do roku 2040, aniž bychom kupovali kompenzace.     Reflecting on Founder’s Day at Hines when, every year, we honor the life and work of our founder, Gerald D. Hines. The Hines Czechia team has embodied his remarkable legacy of giving back to communities through various volunteering initiatives this year. Most recently, we spent the day at Kamenitý vrch, a non-profit organization focused on providing equine therapy for children and adults with specific needs. Our task was to clear a paddock of trees and bushes, making room for the horses to graze. The physical work was tough and made a change from our desk jobs. Embracing the pioneering spirit of Gerald D. Hines, our team tackled the challenge with enthusiasm, driven by a shared commitment to nurturing and strengthening the communities where we live and work. #Hines #Community #RealEstate

    We participated in this year’s Do práce na kole (Cycle to Work) initiative, where the goal was to commute to work more sustainably.🚲💚 The Hines Czechia team embraced the challenge daily for a month, primarily choosing cycling as their means of travel, along with walking and using public transport. With determination, the team cycled over 350 kilometers in total!     We have signed a new lease at Vestec Park Prague, on behalf of Hines European Core Fund, taking the Fund's Prague Logistics Portfolio to 100% occupancy. Acquired in 2022, the circa 66,000 square-meter portfolio consists of desirable, well-connected and established last-mile logistics assets in the Czech Republic, with direct highway access providing a gateway to the majority of the Prague market within 30 to 40 minutes' drive time.
