We believe long-term demographic trends are likely to drive increased demand for self-storage in Europe. Gregory Cooper, Managing Director, Hines United Kingdom, spoke to PropertyEU about our plans to scale-up a UK self-storage portfolio, beginning in densely populated commuter towns where large-scale housing development is expected to increase local populations significantly. Greg commented on the future opportunity to aggregate a pan-European portfolio on behalf of our Hines European Real Estate Partners III (HEREP III) Fund, leveraging Hines’ skillset and local “boots-on-the-ground” approach to take advantage of a highly fragmented market. #MarketingCommunication #RealEstate #SelfStorage

Investment opportunities in retail and alternatives 📈 Speaking with Green Street News: Europe, Paul White, Fund Manager of Hines European Real Estate Partners III (HEREP III), commented on the attractiveness of alternative sectors like self-storage and the potential return of retail’s value proposition for skilled real estate investors. HEREP III, with its broad flexibility, also continues to target thematic high-conviction investments in student housing, logistics, and brown-to-green offices. #RealEstateInvesting #Investing #MarketingCommunication

We are thrilled to announce an exciting public artwork collaboration with National College of Art & Design and St. Catherine's National School. We unveiled a vibrant public art installation on Monday April 29th, at our Player Wills development on South Circular Road. The artwork was created by talented young artists at St Catherine’s School in Dublin 8. NCAD illustration alumni Jennifer Mongey Balfe and Brandon O’Rourke led workshops with 5th and 6th class pupils from St. Catherine’s. The children produced delightful line drawings inspired by their local community. These drawings were then transformed into eight vibrant artworks by Jennifer and Brandon. The colourful pieces were installed on hoardings to create an outdoor gallery, introducing collective creativity to the local community. Thank you to NCAD, Projekt and St. Catherine's for contributing both your time and talent to deliver this incredible display of artworks to the area. #Collabortaion #Community #Art
