Dominik Kieslich is our new Project Manager at ARX Robotics! With over 13 years of experience in the German Armed Forces, including leadership roles at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich, reconnaissance forces and the Special Forces Command, Dominik brings a disciplined and professional personality to the table. Alongside his Master’s degree, his MBA in International Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University complements his expertise in agile leadership, risk manage-ment, and process optimization, which has been strengthened throughout his diverse career. Dominik’s deep understanding of both military operations and business strategy will be key as he leads innovative projects at ARX Robotics, driving the development of our cutting-edge #UGVs. We are thrilled to welcome Simon S. as another Project Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our UGVs. Simon brings a wealth of experience in operations and project management, honed through his work in the fast-paced fashion marketplace at BestSecret Group and consul-ting for the pharmaceutical industry at Consulting DS GmbH. His complementary expertise in process optimization, stakeholder management, and contract negotiations, combined with a strong academic background in International Business Administration from WU Vienna, makes him a valuable addition to our team as we continue to push the boundaries of current UGV technology. 🚀 The collaboration between ARX Robotics and Quantum Systems is moving to the next level! We are thrilled to announce that you can now find us together in our new workspace in #Berlin at the John F. Kennedy House. At the grand opening ceremony of our new facilities yesterday, we had the pleasure and honor of hosting esteemed guests and speakers. The event demonstrated that our presence in Berlin is not just symbolic. Berlin, as a hub for innovation, offers defense tech startups like ours a unique platform to connect with other stakeholders and leaders in the realm of the defense industry. The city not only attracts top talent but also provides direct access to decision-makers in politics and defense, creating new synergies and amplifying our innovation potential. We were particularly grateful for the inspiring words of H.E. Oleksii Makeiev, #Ambassador of Ukraine to Germany, and Dr. Marcus Faber, Chairman of the Defense Committee of the German Bundestag, who shared valuable insights and food for fruitful discussions. We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our growing family: Roberta Randerath will be our new Head of Business Development at ARX Robotics! Roberta joins us with a great deal of experience from her former role as a Senior Consultant at Agora Strategy Group AG, where she specialized in providing companies, governments, and international organizations with geopolitical advisory, risk analysis, and strategic policy recommendations. Her academic credentials from Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris) and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (Munich), combined with her background in geopolitics and consulting, make her a perfect fit to lead our business development efforts. We are excited to have Roberta’s vision and leadership guide us as we push the boundaries of innovation in the realm of UGVs across Europe.

Mines remain one of the greatest humanitarian threats worldwide 🌍 Militarily, they hinder and channel movements of troops and can be a strategic game-changer for operations and battles. #ARX Robotics is involved in multiple projects, experiments, and various technological initiatives in the search for a scalable solution to this problem. We are proud of the joint progress in Project Vulture. In ongoing experiments and developments, we are working with our partners BA Clearance GmbH and Wargdrones to explore future technological solutions and SOPs for rapidly and safely clearing mines through robot-robot-teaming.
